MyAlli Return & Refund Policy

At MyAlli, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene regulations.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplement bottles

  • Used products

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

  • Digital downloads or gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
